Recently, the registry court registered an increase of the share capital in the company of one of our Client’s and therefore we effectively closed the reorganisation stage of a company which operates in the internet media industry.
Recently, the registry court registered an increase of the share capital in the company of one of our Client’s and therefore we effectively closed the reorganisation stage of a company which operates in the internet media industry. Our services were related in particular to assisting in the process of acquisition of the Marquard enterprise from the trustee in bankruptcy and its further contribution in kind to the special purpose vehicle established for this purpose.
Once again, we would like to congratulate Venture Capital 2.0 on the completed transaction and thank theircommitment. We are also pleased that our cooperation will continue at a further stage of the business.
The team responsible for the process of acquiring the company and its contribution to the SPV consisted of Wojciech Wójciga, Mateusz Nowak and Katarzyna Mikosz.
