We comprehensively handled the €2,000,000 (two million euros) transaction – the scope of services included:
- Assistance in introducing the client to CirCap,
- Conducting KYC/AML compliance audits,
- Negotiating the terms of the investment,
- analysis of subscription documents,
- Preparation of financing documents.
