About us
KWMN Legal is a boutique law firm based in Cracow, Poland, founded in 2023. The members of our team have many years of experience gained at reputable law firms as well as in business. Our team includes, among others, specialists in corporate law, commercial law, tax and financial law and intellectual property law, as well as experts in restructuring, due diligence and finance. It is thanks to this diversity that, by forming cross-disciplinary teams, we meet the needs and demanding expectations of our clients.
Private client advisory
We strive to establish cooperation with our clients on the basis of so-called private client advisory.
We advise individual clients and their families on estate matters and those related to the commercial activities they conduct, including also – if necessary – the aspects of their private life.
We create corporate structures, as well as family foundations (including foreign ones), which are properly adjusted to the current legal and tax reality and allow safe & efficient succession of the assets in the future.

Over the years of our professional activity, we have established a wide network of relationships with foreign advisors – legal and tax law firms and consulting companies. News
Recently, the registry court registered an increase of the share capital in the company of one of our Client’s and therefore we effectively closed the reorganisation stage of a company which operates in the internet media industry.
On 22 May 2023, the provisions of the Family Foundation Act came into force, creating an organisational form unprecedented in the Polish legal system. The purpose of the family foundation is to enable effective multi-generational succession of family businesses and to prevent fragmentation of family business assets. It is also an institution that allows the protection and enhancement of family assets, as well as providing them with professional management.
We are proud to announce that KWMN Legal team members advised their client in the process of joining CirCap Funds SCA, SICAV-FIAR, a Luxembourg-based private equity fund managed by CirCap GP S.à r.l..
